How We Use Your Data
We use your data to provide and improve our services, process bookings and payments, send booking confirmations and reminders, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use Supabase for data storage with servers located in the EU. We retain your data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for legal and business purposes.
Your Rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to: access your personal data, rectify inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, export your data in a portable format, object to processing of your data, and withdraw consent at any time. You can exercise these rights from your profile page or by contacting us.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences (language, theme). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. You can manage cookie preferences through the cookie consent banner.
SMS / Text Messaging
If you opt in to SMS notifications, we use your mobile phone number solely to send transactional messages from your club — booking confirmations, schedule changes, reminders, and payment receipts. Your phone number and SMS opt-in status are never sold. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, reply HELP for help, or update your notification preferences from your profile page.
