Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Club Management, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
Bookings & Cancellations
Court bookings are subject to the individual club's booking rules, including cancellation policies and advance booking limits. Clubs set their own pricing and availability. We are not responsible for disputes between players and clubs.
Payments
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You agree to pay all fees associated with your bookings. Refund policies are determined by individual clubs. We may charge service fees for platform usage.
Code of Conduct
You agree to use the platform respectfully and in good faith. Abusive behavior, spam, or misuse of the booking system may result in account suspension. You must follow the rules and policies of each club you book with.
Limitation of Liability
Club Management provides the platform as-is. We are not liable for injuries, property damage, or disputes arising from court bookings or club visits. Clubs are independently responsible for their facilities and services.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
